Sporting Team / Group Mentoring
Development of the individual within a group setting is cultivated through education on effective communication, feedback and a positive culture. Education on mental skills such as goal setting, the power of the mind and performance routines as well as physical themes such as sleep and types of training. All of this aims to build the resilience of the individual and the group. Applicable to a range of sports, as the physical and mental skills taught are transferable across all sports and can help any athlete. Delivered in person or online (up to 25 people). Sessions last from 1 - 1.5 hours.

The basis of the content is 'what did I wish I knew earlier?'. The course is offered to groups (up to 25 people). Sessions last 1 hour and can be delivered on a timeline that suits you, either in person or online.
